As a Ph.D. holder in Information Technology and an experienced leader with over 16 years in the field of online education management, Dr. Vorasuang (Michael) Duangchinda has demonstrated his expertise in enterprise planning, policy-making, and consultation and training for a diverse range of stakeholders in the university, government, and private sectors across Thailand and the Asia Pacific region.
