Louw comes from Johannesburg South Africa, where he gained more than 15 years in the corporate sector. He gained experience working for various multinational companies in various Human Resource management-related areas, specialising in Payroll and Compensation Management, Rewards and Recognition, leading to a huge interest in Organisational Behaviour.
In 2020, Louw moved to Thailand to pursue further growth opportunities, and since 2021, he has been teaching Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour and other related Humanity Subjects under the Pearson BTEC curriculum. In addition to his role as teacher, lecturer and student mentor, Louw also serves in the role of Quality Assurance Nominee for the Pearson Qualification Standards, and Programme Coordinator for the BTEC Higher National Diploma programme offered by Sripatum International College.
Louw enjoys the challenges of combining his HR experience, teaching of young adults, and the strategic elements of programme design, and strives to improve on outcomes in his continuous professional development, and his students’ education.
