“From Passion to Profession: Natthew’s Journey from SPUIC Student to Content Creator & Flight Attendant”

In today’s world, the future belongs to those who dare to take action early. The sooner you know who you are and what path you want to take, the more advantage you’ll have. Just look at Natthew, a talented SPUIC alumni who turned a small passion into a full-fledged career as a content creator!

Discover yourself first—Then build your brand

“The first step in building your personal brand is understanding yourself deeply because I believe everyone has something unique. It’s just that some people haven’t yet figured out how to turn their passion into something bigger. In today’s content-driven world, people come from all kinds of backgrounds. But one thing they all share is a clear sense of inspiration and authenticity in what they do. When you genuinely love something, you naturally care more, dive deeper, and create better. So, if you want to build your identity and stand out while you’re still in university, just start from the right place, and never stop creating.”

You don’t need to wait until graduation to become a content creator!

My journey as a content creator began with a love for experimenting and trying things out. Back when I was still a student, I created content purely for fun. I wanted to explore what felt right for me. At first, my videos only had a few hundred views, but when I saw them reach over a thousand, I was honestly thrilled. It felt like a small win—proof that I had actually made something people wanted to watch. That little moment was what kept me going. As my followers slowly started to grow, even though the numbers weren’t huge, it made me realize something powerful: “Hey, people are really interested in what I’m creating.” That gave me the motivation to keep improving, one step at a time.

“I started small—just bought a basic tripod and some lighting to improve my content. When the first sponsor reached out, it made me realize that the content I was creating could actually become a real career path. That’s when I decided to go all in—and looking back, I’d say it was the key turning point in my success.”

Start building your identity—right here at SPU!

One of the most transformative experiences I had at SPUIC was becoming the president of my faculty. It taught me how to work with others, build meaningful connections, and expand my perspective in ways I didn’t even realize at the time.

When I eventually stepped out into the real world, those connections continued to support me in my professional life.

I truly believe that building your personal brand isn’t just about being known—it’s about taking action and doing something that brings value to others. When you do that, your brand naturally develops and becomes something authentic.

Flight Attendant’ – Another Dream That Has Come True Today!

Being a flight attendant has been my dream since high school. It was a clear source of inspiration that motivated me to develop myself in every aspect, both inside and outside the university. I gathered experiences and work perspectives to become the best version of myself. After graduating from SPUIC, I immediately applied for jobs and successfully passed the selection process in this field right away. I view this as a reward for someone who was determined and never gave up on their dreams. I believe that all of you who still have faith and are pursuing your own dreams will achieve success someday.

“Right now, I work as both a flight attendant and a content creator. My approach to time management starts with prioritizing what needs to be done first versus what can wait. If you want to succeed in multiple areas simultaneously, planning and discipline are absolutely crucial. I focus on identifying which tasks are urgent, which ones require collaboration with others, and then I allocate my time accordingly.”

“But when it comes to tasks that involve other people, I give them extra special attention. Because if we’re punctual and handle our responsibilities well, others will feel comfortable working with us, and success will naturally follow. I believe that if we’re clear about our goals and honest with what we’re responsible for, no matter how much work we have, we can definitely manage it all!”

“…The heart of what helped me grow from a student to a professional in my field is ‘hands-on experience and valuable insights from professors and talented people I’ve worked with.’ Some assignments during my studies or internships were so challenging that I thought, ‘I can’t do this.’ But when it came time to actually do it, it became an opportunity to develop skills I wasn’t good at, eventually turning them into my strengths. In the real working world, we can’t choose everything. Sometimes we face difficult tasks, work we’re not skilled at, or situations that don’t go our way. But I want to say that growth doesn’t come from avoiding these challenges—it comes from being brave enough to face them and doing our best. Because in the end, the experience is more valuable than the outcome…”
